Dr. Chana Tilson, Ph.D., BCBA‑D®, NYS‑LBA

Dr. Chana Tilson brings over 15 years of expertise in Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to our RBT® training program. Her career spans from supporting adults with developmental disabilities to serving as a clinical director in Early Intervention.

Passionate about equipping practitioners and families, Dr. Tilson’s approach is rooted in Compassionate ABA (Dr. Gregory Hanley) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) (Dr. Steven Hayes). These principles shape our program, emphasizing meaningful connections and compassionate, research-based care. Dr. Tilson’s dedication ensures trainees gain the skills to support individuals with empathy, expertise, and respect.
